IRON ROD is the inter connecting mechanical component between Outside Door Handles and Door Locks. This component is used for smooth door opening and closing into the vehicle. Although its application is different from Door Locks, IRON ROD is also used for Vehicle Air Conditioning system which controls Air Flaps or Seat Adjuster.
